More building construction is planned for Christmas!

Hubby received this 'Construction' project from the architect of one of his builds this year. Sooo funny! The time schedule on this one should be a cinch!

My eldest daughter wrapped her gifts today. Aren't they pretty? I wonder which one is mine? He he!

Anyway I have to follow as your house looks pretty amazing and I spent a year in Australia and absolutely loved it.

  3. The gingerbread house kit is such a wonderful idea, I will definitely keep that in mind for next year!

  4. What a clever gift with the gingerbread house! A terrific sense of humour & wit. So sad that I didn't get to make our usual Modernist Gingerbread house this year - moral of the story is don't take holidays in early December because the rest of the season just gallops along!

Love your daughter's bright and colourful wrappings. Virginia xx

  5. Ha ha Penny; great minds think alike... I love the idea too. (They're going to clash with my tree theme though! LOL!)
Welcome Fiona and all my new followers! I'm glad I know what those cute little icons are called - thumbnails. Looking forward to blogging with you all in 2012!
I so loved the gingerbread idea too - so clever, I'd LOVE to see your 'modernist' house Virginia...I might try peeping your past post to see if I can find an image? David would love to build 'the gingerbread' house with some modern intervention to send pics to the architect! LOL!
Thank you all for your wonderful comments,

  6. This is really exciting and witty gifts. particularly such construction gifts. Builders in London must take a cue from it.
